Reserve Study

A tool to conduct the financial cost and contribution estimations of a reserve study.

Input Format and Constraints

The annual inflation rates should be given as rates (e.g. 0.031 for 3.1%). The high value must be equal to or greater than the low value.

The component model should be a CSV-formatted string. The CSV must have the headers 'Component' and 'UL' (useful life), but order does not matter. The CSV must either have the columns 'RUL_Low' and 'RUL_High' or 'RUL'. Useful Life and Remaining Useful Life values are integers. UL must be positive (1 indicates replacement every year) while RUL must be between 0 (inclusive) and UL (exclusive). The CSV must either have the columns 'Cost_Low' and 'Cost_High' or 'Cost'. These columns can have decimals and are interpreted as USD. Extra columns are ignored.
